Hawk and Hunter required a re-vamp of their commercial kitchen and dining area. Dalton Electrical working as a sub-contractor to HEAC electrical was responsible for the installation and wiring of new 3x phase ovens and the kitchen’s general power requirements.We updated the kitchen lighting and installed ‘industrial style’ lighting for this contemporary Melbourne cafe.
